The saga starts back on January 11, 2015. I decided to get a 3D printer. I searched on line and found a Prusa i2 for $405. I ordered it through dhgate.com. This was a Sunday. Wednesday morning I get an email stating the shipping label has been written. The email states the order has been shipped:
"This is an automatic email sent by the DHgate Customer Service system. Please do not reply to this email, as any messages sent to this address will not receive a response.
Your Order 1569441364 has been shipped and you should be able to track the status of your package within 3 to 5 business days, using the tracking information below.

I am excited and start monitoring the shipment. On Friday the FedEx site says it was delivered.

I suspect that the package was delivered to Portland as the site says. I wait a few days thinking the it is in customs or some limbo. I finally call FedEx. The woman says the package never left China. The package was returned for relabeling. I get on the chat with dhgate.com and after another week, I finally get an answer. They are going to refund my money entirely.
Now that is good service from dhgate.com but not very satisfactory from the manufacturer/supplier.
